Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Beef Digital ("we," "us," or "our") provides billing-recovery and estimate-audit services for automotive collision repair shops. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and share information about collision shop owners, operators, and their staff ("you" or "Client") who engage with us through our website, application forms, Teardown calls, SMS communications, and ongoing service delivery.

By submitting our application form, booking a Repair Order Teardown, signing a Founding Client Agreement, or opting into SMS communications, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect and How We Collect It

2.1 Forms and Web Interactions

When you interact with our website, landing pages, or application forms, we collect:

Contact information: Name, business name, email address, phone number, and mailing address

Business qualification data: Annual revenue, number of repair orders written per month, number of locations, CCC ONE platform usage, and whether estimating is managed in-house or by a third party

Self-reported financial data: Estimated monthly billing totals, insurance carrier mix, and supplement frequency — entered voluntarily during the application process

Device and behavioral data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on site, referral source, and click behavior collected via cookies and standard web analytics

2.2 Teardown Calls and Screen Shares

When you participate in a free Repair Order Teardown, we may:

Record the call with your consent, obtained verbally at the start of the session

Capture screenshots or session recordings of your CCC ONE estimating platform during the screen-share

Document specific repair order line items, not-included operation gaps, and billing discrepancy amounts identified during the session

These recordings and notes produce your Missed Money List — a deliverable generated during the Teardown and provided to you at no cost, regardless of whether you proceed to a paid engagement.

2.3 Founding Client Agreements and Service Delivery

If you become a Founding Client or paying client, we additionally collect:

Signed agreement and intake documentation

CCC ONE data access credentials, shared securely for system integration

Repair order batch data, estimate files, and insurance payout records submitted for line-item recovery analysis

Case-study and testimonial content (photos, quotes, recorded interviews) collected under the Founding Client Agreement for proof and marketing purposes

2.4 SMS Opt-In

When you provide your mobile phone number through our application form, booking page, or any other intake point and check the SMS consent box, you opt in to receive text messages from Beef Digital. See Section 5 for full SMS disclosure.
