1. Services
Beef Digital provides billing-recovery and estimate-audit services for automotive collision repair shops, including:
Repair Order Teardown: A complimentary 20-minute live analysis of your CCC ONE estimating platform, delivered via screen share, to identify not-included operations and line-item billing gaps. Output: your Missed Money List.
Line-Item Recovery Engine: A done-for-you AI-powered system built by Techify AI and operated by Beef Digital that continuously scans repair order estimates for not-included operations, calibrations, and billing discrepancies, and places flagged line items on estimates before submission.
Founding Client Engagement: A discounted, capacity-limited engagement available to the first three qualifying shops, governed by a separate Founding Client Agreement.
Service fulfillment is executed in partnership with Techify AI, Beef Digital's exclusive engineering and delivery partner. Techify AI operates as a subcontractor and is not a party to your agreement with Beef Digital.
2. Eligibility and Qualification
The Line-Item Recovery Engine is available to collision repair shops that meet the following minimum qualifications at the time of engagement:
Actively using CCC ONE for estimating
Writing a minimum of 60 repair orders per month
Annual gross revenue of $3,000,000 or greater
A single identifiable decision-maker with authority to approve system access and commitments
Beef Digital reserves the right to decline any engagement where qualification criteria are not met. If intake data provided by the Client is materially inaccurate, guarantee terms re-price proportionally to reflect actual business scale.
3. Repair Order Teardown — Complimentary Service Terms
3.1 No-Cost Delivery
The Repair Order Teardown is provided at no cost and with no obligation to purchase. The Missed Money List produced during the session is yours permanently, regardless of whether you proceed to a paid engagement.
3.2 Teardown Guarantee
If we conduct a Repair Order Teardown and fail to identify a single not-included operation or billing discrepancy worth at least $50 on your live repair orders, we will send you $100 via Venmo within 5 business days.
This guarantee applies only when:
You have live, open repair orders accessible in CCC ONE at the time of the session
A minimum of 5 repair orders are available for review during the session
You remain present and engaged for the full session
3.3 Recording Consent
Teardown sessions may be recorded with your verbal consent, obtained at the start of the session. Recordings are used internally for quality and case-study purposes and retained per our Privacy Policy.
4. Line-Item Recovery Engine — Service Terms
4.1 Founding Client Pricing
During the founding stage (capacity-limited to three clients), pricing is:
Setup fee: $15,000, due prior to build commencement
Monthly retainer: $1,500 per month, triggered upon system go-live (defined as the first batch of repair orders processed by the deployed Line-Item Recovery Engine)
Setup pricing for subsequent clients will increase. Founding Client pricing is locked for the initial term stated in your Founding Client Agreement and not available after the founding cohort is closed.
4.2 Monthly Retainer Trigger
The monthly retainer triggers on the date the Line-Item Recovery Engine processes its first live repair order batch — a dated, timestamped system event. The retainer does not trigger on the date of any insurance carrier payment or supplement approval. The retainer is not contingent on any third-party action.
4.3 Payment Terms
Setup fee is due in full before build commencement; no work begins before receipt of cleared funds
Monthly retainer invoices are issued on the same calendar date each month and due within 7 days of invoice date
Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance
Accounts more than 30 days past due may result in service suspension until the balance is resolved
4.4 Term and Termination
The initial service term is one year from the go-live date
Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice after the initial term
Early termination by the Client during the initial term does not entitle the Client to a refund of the setup fee
Founding Client case-study rights and testimonial rights survive termination
5. Performance Guarantee — Line-Item Recovery Engine
5.1 The Guarantee
Beef Digital guarantees that the Line-Item Recovery Engine will flag and place on estimates a minimum of $200,000 in additional billable line items within 45 days of system go-live, or Beef Digital will pay the Client $5,000.
5.2 Defined Terms
"Flagged and placed on estimates" means line items identified by the system and added to Client's CCC ONE estimates before submission to the insurance carrier. This is the deliverable Beef Digital controls and guarantees.
"Collected from carriers" means the subset of flagged amounts ultimately approved and paid by the insurance carrier. This is a third-party outcome Beef Digital does not control and does not guarantee. Historical carrier approval rates vary. Beef Digital may project collection estimates as an illustration but does not guarantee collected amounts.
5.3 Guarantee Conditions
The $200,000 guarantee applies only when all of the following conditions are met:
The Client provides accurate intake data at qualification; if actual RO volume or revenue is materially below stated figures, the guarantee threshold re-prices proportionally
The Client provides timely CCC ONE access and cooperates with system integration within 5 business days of setup commencement; the 45-day clock pauses during any period of Client-caused delay in access or cooperation
The Client's estimating team does not remove, override, or decline flagged line items without documented reason during the guarantee period
A single, identified decision-maker provides approvals required during the integration and go-live process
The Client's shop is operating at or near normal production volume during the 45-day window (force majeure events or voluntary closures that reduce RO volume by more than 25% pause the clock)
5.4 Guarantee Payout
If the guarantee conditions are met and the $200,000 threshold is not reached, Beef Digital will pay the Client $5,000 within 14 business days of the 45-day window closing. The $5,000 payout is the sole and exclusive remedy for guarantee non-performance and does not entitle the Client to additional damages, refunds of setup fees, or service credits beyond the payout.
6. Founding Client Obligations
Clients who enter at Founding Client pricing agree to the following in exchange for the discounted rate:
Provide candid, documented feedback on the system during onboarding
Participate in a case-study interview within 90 days of go-live
Permit Beef Digital to publish before-and-after recovery data, quotes, and business name in marketing materials
Sign a written case-study release within 14 days of the interview
Case-study rights and testimonial licenses granted under this section survive termination of the service engagement and are irrevocable once the case-study release is signed.
7. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for:
Providing accurate business data at intake and updating Beef Digital if material changes occur
Maintaining an active CCC ONE subscription and providing valid access credentials for integration
Ensuring that estimating staff are informed of the system and cooperate with its outputs during the guarantee period
Designating one decision-maker as the single point of contact for approvals
Timely payment of all invoices
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Beef Digital IP
The Line-Item Recovery Engine, its underlying AI models, detection logic, line-item benchmarking data, and all software components are the exclusive intellectual property of Beef Digital and Techify AI. No license, transfer, or right of ownership is granted to the Client beyond the right to use the system during the active service term.
8.2 Client Data
The Client retains ownership of all repair order data, estimate files, and business records provided to Beef Digital. Beef Digital is granted a limited license to access and process this data solely for the purpose of delivering the contracted services.
8.3 No Build-Cost Disclosure
Beef Digital does not disclose engineering costs, build costs, fulfillment costs, margins, or internal delivery arrangements to the Client. Pricing is based on the value delivered, not the cost to deliver it.
9. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential the other's non-public business information, pricing, system configurations, and client data disclosed in connection with the engagement. This obligation survives termination for 3 years, except where disclosure is required by law.
Beef Digital's obligation to maintain the confidentiality of Client CCC ONE data and repair order records is ongoing and does not expire.
10. Limitation of Liability
Beef Digital's total liability to the Client for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services is limited to the greater of (a) $5,000 or (b) the total fees paid by the Client to Beef Digital in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Beef Digital is not liable for:
Insurance carrier decisions to deny, reduce, or delay supplement approvals
Revenue not collected as a result of carrier action outside Beef Digital's control
Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
System downtime caused by CCC ONE outages, changes to CCC ONE's API, or force majeure events
