A two-hour audit that tells you exactly where AI would pay for itself first.
No vague consulting decks. No 'transformation roadmap.' Just a structured working session and a written, ranked plan you can actually act on — whether you hire us to build it or not.
Local to Westmoreland County
We’re based in Greensburg and we know the rhythm of small businesses in the 724. We build automations that actually fit how the work gets done here — not a polished demo that breaks the second a real customer interacts with it.

Two hours. Real working session. Written plan.
The reason most “AI strategy consulting” engagements feel like a waste is that they’re structured to produce a deliverable, not a decision. You sit through six weeks of discovery and you walk out with a 40-page deck full of opportunities, none of which are scoped, costed, or sequenced.
We do the opposite. We come to your office for two hours. We watch the workflow happen. We talk to the people doing it. We pull samples of your phone logs, your CRM, your invoicing, and your reviews. And we leave with everything we need to write a ranked, fully-quoted plan within five business days.
The plan tells you which automation to install first, what it should cost, what it should pay back, and what to install second. If you hire us to build, the audit fee credits against the work. If you don’t, the plan is yours — you can take it to a different agency or build it in-house. We’re not precious about it.
The four areas every audit covers.
1 — Inbound
How leads actually arrive
We map every channel that brings in revenue and measure where the leaks are.
- Phone calls — answered vs. missed
- Web forms — speed-to-response
- Ads — Google LSA, Facebook, Angi
- Walk-ins and referrals
2 — Customer-facing ops
What happens after the lead lands
Booking, intake, communication, scheduling — the customer journey from first touch to invoice.
- Booking and rescheduling friction
- Intake quality and consistency
- Confirmation and reminder cadence
- Review collection and response
3 — Back-office
The work that happens off-stage
Quoting, dispatching, invoicing, the spreadsheets your office runs on.
- Quoting and proposal generation
- Dispatch and route logic
- Invoicing and AR follow-up
- Reporting and pipeline visibility
4 — Reporting
What you actually look at to run the business
Most owners run on a few core metrics. We make sure AI doesn't break visibility into them.
- Daily / weekly numbers you watch
- Tools you actually log into
- Numbers you should be watching but aren't
- What 'a great month' looks like for you
What the written plan actually looks like.
Eight to twelve pages, written in plain English, no jargon. Every recommendation includes the workflow we’d automate, the specific tools and integrations involved, a fixed-fee build estimate, an estimated monthly cost, an estimated payback timeline, and a confidence rating on how sure we are about the math.
We rank the recommendations. The fastest payback goes first. Items that depend on other items happening first are flagged. Items that aren’t worth doing right now — either because they’re too small or because the underlying process isn’t ready — are listed and explained.
You can implement the plan with us, with a different agency, or with your own team. The plan is the deliverable. The implementation is a separate decision.

AI Audit for Westmoreland County
Most of our audits are done in person at the client's office — Greensburg, Murrysville, Latrobe, Mt. Pleasant, Ligonier, Irwin. We've done audits at construction trailers, dental break rooms, law-firm conference rooms, and at a kitchen table with a laptop and a contractor's iPhone. The format flexes. The output is always the same: a ranked, written plan with fixed-fee quotes attached.
We’re from here. We don’t parachute in from California with a SaaS template. We’ll meet you at the shop, at the office, or at a diner on Route 30 to build something that fits.

Common questions about the AI Audit
Two hours. Flat fee. Walk away with a real plan.
If we end up working together, the audit fee credits against the first build. If we don't, the plan is yours to keep. Worst case, you spent two hours and got an honest read on where AI would actually pay back in your business.
No drawn-out sales process. We’ll either be a fit or we won’t.
