PHI (protected health information) is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is role-based. Audit logs run for every interaction. Data retention is configured to your policy — if you want voice recordings deleted after 30 days, we configure that. If your compliance officer wants raw transcripts retained for two years, we configure that.

We don’t train foundation models on patient data, period. The AI uses frontier models from major providers, accessed via APIs governed by BAAs. Your patient data never gets baked into model weights. We hand you the documentation you need for your HIPAA risk assessment.
