The stack

What's actually under the hood.

We build on frontier-model APIs from Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT family), and Google (Gemini). For voice, we use ElevenLabs, Deepgram, and Cartesia. For orchestration, we use a mix of LangGraph, custom-built agent frameworks, and well-tested glue code. Hosting is on AWS or GCP, depending on the build.

We don’t train models from scratch — that’s a different business with different economics. What we do is take frontier intelligence and wrap it in the specific business context, integrations, evaluation infrastructure, and operational scaffolding it needs to be useful in your specific workflow.

The infrastructure is yours. The code is yours. The data is yours. We don’t hide it behind a wrapper SaaS that locks you in. If you decide to take a build in-house in two years, we’ll do a clean handoff to your engineering team (or to a successor agency).
